Return and Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return and refund policy - which means you have 14 days after receiving your item/s to request a return and / or refund for your item/s.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products
Please inspect your delivery upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if any item is damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item - so we are aware of the problem and can start working towards a resolution.
To make us aware of damage, a defect or an incorrect item contact us at Gill@avaCARgo.co.uk , with a description giving full details of the problem plus photographs - items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Returns and refunds
To be eligible for a return and / or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and / or unused, with any tags attached and in its original packaging.
As part of our commitment to minimise the environmental impact caused by over-production and waste - we do not offer free return postage as standard.
To request a return and / or refund contact us at Gill@avaCARgo.co.uk - items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and provide details of the next steps with timescales.
Once approved your refund will be made to your original payment method within 3 business days - it may then take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for it to be visible on your account.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, for example: special orders and personalised items, sale items and gift cards.
